Sad days

there are days when you loose contact to the ground. when you loose yourself for a moment. when you stay outside of you. when you feel that you are away from yourself. when you cant feel yourself. when the time is against you. when you feel like your head is stick in dark clouds and cant get rid off them. when your heart is not beating. when when when... when this will end... this day.... like today
